Harvested after you order
We do not pick in advance and store. When your order comes in, we go to the orchard and harvest that day — the fruit in your box was on the branch hours earlier.

We grow aronia (Aronia melanocarpa) in our own orchard on the Manisa plain in western Türkiye, and we harvest it only after your order arrives. No middlemen, no warehouse time, no additives — just fruit picked at full ripeness.
The quality of aronia is not decided by variety alone. It is decided by when it was picked and how many days it took to reach you — and we control both.

No wholesale market, no commission agent, no retail shelf. That keeps the price lower and, more importantly, stops the fruit from losing days in transit.
What we sell is plain fresh fruit: no sugar, no preservatives, no glazing agents, no colouring. Aronia already brings its own deep anthocyanin colour.

Aronia (Aronia melanocarpa), known in English as black chokeberry, is a dark purple-black berry from the rose family, native to eastern North America. It is one of the richest known fruits in anthocyanins and total polyphenols, and its characteristic astringency comes from those same compounds.
Long cultivated in Eastern Europe and Russia, aronia has been grown in Türkiye only in recent years. The warm days and cool nights of the Manisa plain, together with its clay-loam soil, suit the fruit’s sugar–acid balance and colour intensity remarkably well.

Our orchard sits on the Manisa plain, positioned to catch the cool night air coming off the mountain. That micro-climate — hot days, cool nights — lets the fruit build sugar during the day and hold its acidity overnight, giving deeper colour and fuller flavour.
We keep the rows wide so every bush gets full sun and airflow. Picking is done entirely by hand, because machine harvesting crushes the clusters and shortens shelf life.
Five sizes, from 2 kg to 10 kg. The price per kilo drops with larger packages; customers who freeze the fruit for year-round use usually pick 6 kg or more.
The “Order” button takes you to Shopier’s secure checkout, where card payment and instalment options are handled.
We pick your order the same day it comes in, hand it to the courier, and it reaches you within 1–3 business days. Shipping is on us.
The fruit goes into ventilated clear punnets, never compressed. Every punnet carries our own band, so you can see exactly what you bought the moment the box opens.

Aronia (Aronia melanocarpa), also called black chokeberry, is a dark purple-black berry from the rose family (Rosaceae). The taste is intense, mildly sweet and distinctly astringent — that dryness in the mouth comes from its high tannin (proanthocyanidin) content. Most people describe it as somewhere between blackcurrant and blackberry, but far more concentrated.
Fresh aronia keeps for 2–3 weeks in a sealed container in the refrigerator; its thick skin makes it far more durable than most soft berries.
For long-term storage, wash and dry the berries thoroughly, spread them in a single layer on a tray and freeze. Frozen aronia retains most of its nutritional value for up to 12 months and can go straight into a smoothie.
A common serving is a small handful (roughly 20–30 g) of fresh berries per day. Aronia naturally contains sorbitol, so eating large amounts can cause digestive discomfort if you are not used to it — start small and build up. If you take regular medication or are pregnant, consult your doctor first.
Orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Because we harvest to order, the fruit never sits in storage.
Aronia has a thick, resilient skin. We ship in ventilated boxes with shock-absorbing lining, and dispatch early in the day to keep the journey as short as possible.
All orders go through Shopier. Selecting a package takes you to Shopier’s secure checkout, where credit card, debit card and instalment options are handled. For questions you can also message us on WhatsApp.
Aronia ripens from late August through the end of October. We pick at full ripeness, when sugar and anthocyanin levels peak. Fresh fruit is not available outside the season, so orders open when the season starts — follow our Instagram for the announcement.
Place your order and we will pick it that same day. Free shipping across Türkiye.
